The EPA is accepting public comment on proposed new regulations which would effectively outlaw coal as a  fuel source for new power plants. The proposed regulation would be devastating to the reliability of our nation’s electric power system and greatly increase costs for all consumers. Contact CCPPD at 402-372-2463 or smcgill@ccppd.com to send an email to the EPA urging them to withdraw its proposed greenhouse gas New Source Performance Standards rule for fossil-fuel power plants.
