Omaha had quite the storm yesterday. OPPD reports: "Outages are down to 1,690 from a peak of 57,000 yesterday, as crews continue restoration work in the metro." CCPPD linemen, Jess, Brian & Tristan left this morning to assist with the restoration. They sent some pictures in the Omaha area where they are working.

Grain bin clearance from power lines is very important. Please contact CCPPD if you are thinking of putting up a new grain bin to make sure you have clearance. Think of safety around the farm.
